Day 1: Touch down & settle in

• Fly Sydney to Busselton Margaret River Airport (afternoon departure around 2:05 pm).
• Pick up your hire car at the airport (pre-arranged, keys and booking ready).
• Check in after 2:00 pm at 8 Paddocks, your private chalet for the stay!
• Gourmet arrival hamper with bubbles delivered to your chalet.
• Unpack, explore locally or relax and enjoy the sunset from your veranda.

Day 2: Discover Margaret River

• Option A: Margaret River Discovery Tour: Canoeing, scenic stops, and a gourmet experience on the region’s #1 tour.
• Option B: Private session at MEND Day Spa: Sauna, ice bath, and hot plunge to reset the body pre-wedding. Or you can opt for a more relaxing massage!
• Have an easy evening at your chalet or a low-key dinner in town!

Day 3: Wedding day

• Morning: Florals and cake delivered to your chalet.
• Prep time: Start the day however feels most you. Have your hair and makeup done, then we’ll capture some getting-ready shots and say hi to the Highland cows! or skip the prep photos and opt for a pre-ceremony excursion! How about swinging by one of our favourite local breweries before things kick off?
• Heading out: After which we’ll jump in the Landy and head to your ceremony spot!
• The ceremony: You’ll meet your celebrant, take a deep breath, and soak in the moment. Your ceremony then vows, signing, cake-cutting and a celebratory champagne toast.
• The adventure continues: After the ceremony, we’ll take you on off-road adventures through some of our favourite hidden spots (secret locations only locals know, which are all amazing in their own right!). Trust us, these are our hand-picked favourites, chosen for their wild beauty and incredible light. Journey snacks and cocktails will be provided!
• Evening: Finish the day off in style with post-elopement fine dining at De’sendent with matched local wines. We’ll take you there, then afterwards bring you back to 8 Paddocks to unwind and relive the magic of your day. 

Day 4: Degustation & slow afternoon

• Taxi pick-up for a five-course degustation lunch at Rustico, Hayshed Hill with wine pairings.
• Return to 8 Paddocks for a slow, indulgent afternoon. Soak in the bath, watch the sunset, simply take some time to exhale.

Day 5: Farewell, For Now

• Check out of 8 Paddocks in the morning. Have one last stroll around the property, and say goodbye to the Highland cows!
• Return hire car, Busselton Airport check-in around 1:00 pm, and fly Busselton to Sydney (around 2:50 pm).
• Bon voyage! You’ll be back in the city by evening with your hearts full and your camera roll overflowing.
